The guarantee is this: If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them for a replacement or refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

We understand there are times when returns are necessary, and we make the process as easy as possible! Simply complete the paperwork included in our packaging and send it back, along with the product or products, using the enclosed return mailing label. 

We even have an extended return/exchange deadline to better accommodate you through the Holiday Season every year. For purchases after October 1, you have until January 31 of the New Year to return the product.
